Marla is the founder/owner of Marla's Mania Promotional Products and Marketing, a highly regarded promotional products distributor in Southern California. She is an extremely creative individual and always brings new ideas to the table when conferencing with clients.

Marla has many years of success in helping small to Fortune 500 businesses in modifying, organizing, training, planning and promoting their businesses to bring them to their highest level of sales through marketing and creative promotional ideas.

Warren Hoffnung

Warren is a nuclear and solid state physicist and a rocket scientist. However, he honed his marketing skills through a variety of positions during his lengthy aerospace career.

He was a marketing manager for Hughes Aircraft company for 4 years and was a key player in marketing activities at Rockwell International for another 4 years including organizing international trade show events, booth management, promotional items selections and post trade show follow-up.

Warren was the Director of Business Development for a small software firm and succeeded in doubling its sales in less than 3 years.

Following his aerospace career, he assumed leadership positions at two private universities over an 8 year period. As Director of the main campus of West Coast University and then Director of the Irvine, California campus of Chapman University, Warren had responsibility for the marketing and recruiting activities at both in addition to his other administrative duties.

Warren has long been an entrepreneur and has undertaken most of the marketing activities in his several business ventures. He was the founder and Managing General Partner of the first professional soccer team in Orange County, California. He also developed and marketed a software program to provide training in the Morse Code for Amateur Radio Operators achieving the world's leading position in this niche for over a decade. Currently, and in conjunction with Marla Silva, he is the CEO of MyWrapper and developed a leading software program for creating party favors of all kinds. MyWrapper is now in its 10th year.

He has been associated with Marla Silva at Marla's Mania Promotional Products and Marketing for the past 12 years and has primarily provided research and marketing expertise to the organization.
